§ Mr. MASTERMANThe stated cases which the Commissioners propose to submit to the Court of Session relative to the position of certain classes of share fishermen under the Act will, before submission, be laid before representative fishing associations in Scotland for any observations which they may desire to offer.
§ Mr. BOOTHWill the right hon. Gentleman bear in mind the important bearing that this question has upon the Workmen's Compensation Act?
§ Mr. MASTERMANI agree that that should be taken into consideration, but this is mainly at present a judicial question, and I cannot interfere until we have a judicial decision.
