HC Deb 31 October 1912 vol 43 c569
82. Mr. CHARLES DUNCAN

asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury if he can now give a definite date when Treasury concurrence will be given to the Admiralty proposals based on the Macnamara Staffing Committee's Report?

The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. Masterman)

The Treasury have been able to sanction the proposals now put forward by the Admiralty on the basis of the Report in question, with the exception of one or two relatively unimportant points, on which I hope to reach a decision very shortly.
