HC Deb 28 October 1912 vol 43 cc36-7
78. Mr. BOOTH

asked how many reports of disorderly houses have been furnished by the Metropolitan police to the public authorities upon which the public bodies concerned have declined to take proceedings?

Mr. McKENNA

I have asked the Commissioner of Police to furnish the information referred to, but as it will be necessary to examine a large number of papers, I am afraid I cannot let my hon. Friend have it for some days.

Mr. W. THORNE

Is it the dockers who keep up these disorderly houses?

Mr. McKENNA

Not that I am aware of.
