Mr. WATTasked the Secretary for Scotland whether he has now taken any action in advising the magistrates of Glasgow that a solatium should be paid to Miss Jessie Brown, wrongfully punished for solicitation on the evidence of two of their constables since found guilty of crimes; and, if not, will he say why he does not propose to move in the matter?
