§ Mr. MASTERMANA certificate of exception under Schedule I., Part II. {c}of the Act, was issued by the Irish Commissioners on the 2nd instant in respect of clerks and other salaried officials of this railway company. The Commissioners have no power to except any class of railway servants other than clerks and salaried officials.
