May I now ask the question of which I have given private notice?

The question of which I have had a copy from the hon. Member?

Yes.

I should say that notice of questions to a private Member are not permissible unless they refer to some Order of the day or some Motion standing in his name. The question of which the hon. Member has given notice is a very proper subject, no doubt, to raise in Debate, but it cannot be raised at Question Time.
