§ Mr. MASTERMANThe Commissioners are not authorised to issue such Regulations, but they propose to issue model rules for the administration of benefit by insurance committees to deposit contributors. The maternity benefit of members of approved societies is administered by the societies.
§ Mr. C. BATHURSTCan the right hon. Gentleman give any guidance to the county committees as to the course they should take in advising insured persons or otherwise?
§ Mr. MASTERMANWe shall issue some model Regulations to the insurance committees in connection with deposit contributors.
