Gentleman aware that a public meeting was recently held at Turriff to offer resistance to the operation of the Act, and at which the Chancellor of the Exchequer and the hon. Member for East Aberdeenshire were burned in effigy, and may I ask what steps the Government propose to take in order to enforce payments under the operations of the National Insurance Act?
