§ Mr. CHURCHILLPensions were awarded and the first payment made on the 11th instant to the widows of the men who lost their lives in the disaster to Submarine B 2. The pensions are on the scale provided in the regulations, and together with the allowances for children, are paid partly out of naval and partly out of Greenwich Hospital funds. The question of revising the scale of pensions in such cases is under consideration.
§ Sir C. KINLOCH-COOKEIs it not the fact that if these pensions are not paid out of the Greenwich Hospital fund the old age pensions will have to suffer to that extent?
