Mr. BENNHis Majesty's Ambassador at Tokyo has been instructed to bring the facts of the case to the notice of the Japanese Government. As the introduction of the paper into British India has been prohibited, I do not consider it necessary at present to request the Japanese Government to take any action with regard to its suppression.
