HC Deb 11 October 1912 vol 42 c750

Order for Second Reading read.

Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the Bill be new read a Second Time."—[Sir F. Banbury.]

Mr. BOOTH

This Bill, which has been introduced by the hon. Baronet for the second time this Session, deals with a rather important matter. I am sure I am consulting his wishes when I say legislation of this kind should not be passed without due deliberation by this House.

Notice taken that forty Members were not present. House counted, and forty Members not being found present, The House was adjourned at Three minutes before Five o'clock till Monday, October 14th, pursuant to the Order of the House this day.
