§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELNo such arrangements have yet been made. An application from a private individual for a licence to erect a wireless telegraph station at St. Kilda for the purpose of communicating with the post office station at Loch Boisdale has, however, been received, and the question of granting the licence is under consideration.
