Mr. EVELYN CECILasked the Prime Minister whether he intends at an early date to move an Amendment to the Standing Orders of this House that Answers to Questions shall not be printed with the Votes, but only published in the OFFICIAL REPORT, so as to effect the saving of £1,000 a Session recommended by the Select Committee on Publications and Debates Reports?
