§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe order for the "Warrior" to proceed to the Mediterranean was postponed owing to another armoured cruiser, which would otherwise have been now in home waters, being unexpectedly ordered from Gibraltar into the Mediterranean. I cannot as a general practice undertake to give reasons for the dispositions of particular ships in the fleet.
