§ The PRIME MINISTERWe hope to begin the Committee stage on Friday, but I have been looking into the matter, and I quite agree with those who think it would not be a reasonable thing to take on Friday both the Instructions and Clauses 1 and 2, and we do not propose to do so. When we come to the discussion of the Motion for the allocation of time on Thursday, I hope to be able to make provision.
