§ Sir J. LONSDALEMay I ask whether it is possible that the Dardanelles may have been closed without the Foreign Office being advised of it?
§ Mr. ACLANDI am sure that we should have been advised as soon as possible. In a previous ease we were advised very shortly after the event.
