§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have, after further inquiry and consideration, decided to take no action in regard to Mr. Malone's application for reinstatement.

Mr. O'DONNELLasked whether Matthew Reynolds, of 16, Russell Street, Tralee, has sent in a claim for reinstatement in the lands held by his father on the estate of Colonel Nash, at Ballycarty, Tralee; what steps have been taken to inquire into his case; and whether, seeing that the lands are untenanted, immediate action will be taken in the matter?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe application referred to was only received by the Estates Commissioners on 10th October, and, as it was not received within the period prescribed by the Evicted Tenants Act, 1907, it cannot be dealt with under that Act, and has not been inquired into by the Commissioners.
