§ Sir E. GREYI would refer my hon. Friend to my reply to a similar question addressed to me by the hon. Member for North Norfolk on 11th June last. Nothing has happened since that date to cause me to change the opinion I then expressed.
§ Mr. MORRELLAre we to take it that the Government will not publish any Papers at all?
§ Sir E. GREYIf my hon. Friend will refer to the answer of 11th June, he will see the reason I gave for not publishing Papers then. No other country has published Papers.
