§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. Masterman)The hon. Member will find in the appendices to the first and second Reports of the Development Commissioners the details of twenty-seven applications received from Ireland by the Development Commissioners up to 31st March, 1912. Nine applications have been received since that date. The Commissioners have recommended advances to the aggregate amount of £150,360 in respect of nine applications. Seventeen applications have been refused. Nine applications are still under consideration; one has been withdrawn.
