§ Mr. McKENNAThe Croydon Borough Council have proposed to constitute their whole body of fifty-six members as their Lunacy Visiting Committee, entirely contrary to the advice and opinion of the Lunacy Commissioners, and a case is being submitted to the Law Officers of the Crown as to whether the proposed action of the council would be legal under the Lunacy Acts.
