- Mr. Cator (2 petitions), from the Southern Division of Huntingdonshire, bearing 2,485 signatures.
- Sir A. Cripps (104 petitions), from the Northern and Southern Divisions of Buckinghamshire, bearing 15,913 signatures.
- Mr. Laurence Hardy (53 petitions), from the Southern Division of Kent, bearing 8,553 signatures.
- Sir J. D. Rees (15 petitions), from the Eastern Division of Nottingham, bearing 5,313 signatures.
- Sir Cuthbert Quilter (44 petitions), from the Sudbury Division of Suffolk, bearing 4,638 signatures.
