§ Mr. BARNESasked the Postmaster-General if he is aware that the Motor Traction Company of Edinburgh do not pay the wages agreed upon or current in the Edinburgh district for overtime; and if he will take steps to get compliance, or cease to employ the company in the carrying of mails?
§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELI have received a complaint that the overtime rates paid to certain workmen employed by the company to which the hon. Member refers infringe the Fair-Wages Clauses in the contracts, and I am inquiring into the matter.
