Pease)I hope shortly to introduce a Bill to amend the Elementary School Teachers (Superannuation) Act, 1898, but any statement of its contents beyond what was foreshadowed in the answer of my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer last week to a deputation from the National Union of Teachers must, I think, be postponed until the introduction of the Bill.
