Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the Bill be now read a second time."


This is one of that species of Bills which will do no good to anyone, and will do great harm to a large number of people. The object of the Bill is to give a right of way where, under the existing law, the owner is merely the tenant for life. On the face of it, that right will be a deleterious thing.
