§ Mr. LYNCHBefore this question is put I wish to raise a point of Order. I wish to ask you, Mr. Speaker, why this question was allowed to be put on the Paper in the form in which it appears. This is not a mere matter of quibbling about the nicety of words, but a question which affects the status of our self-governing Dominions and involves questions which arouse the keenest resentment in the Dominions.
