HC Deb 14 May 1912 vol 38 c968
Sir W. BYLES

had given notice of the following question: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will make public the names of the four gentlemen who were concerned in the recent incident in a Bicester Hotel which has been the subject of questions and answers in this House; and whether he will lay upon the Table the report of the police relating to that affair.—As I understand that an unconditional apology has now been received from the four gentlemen mentioned in this question, with your permission, Mr. Speaker, I will not put it.
