§ Mr. LANSBURYI ask leave to move the Adjournment of the House "to call attention to a definite matter of urgent public importance—namely, the very serious aggravation of industrial unrest owing to the prosecution and imprisonment of Mr. Tom Mann and others for offences in connection with labour agitation."
