§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe Board have applied to the Development Commission for a Grant, which is designed to promote the improvement of the fisheries in the interests of fishermen generally. This application is at present under consideration. I am considering what further steps it may be desirable to take with a view especially to assisting the class of fishermen to which my hon. Friend refers.
