§ Mr. DOUGLAS HALLasked the Postmaster-General if he will decline to grant any new licences to establish wireless telegraph ship stations, or any extension of existing licences, until after the special Wreck Commission appointed to inquire into the loss of the "Titanic" has issued its Report and recommendations, unless a proviso is inserted that at least two competent Marconi operators are carried on each ship so licensed?
§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELI am in communication with the Board of Trade on this matter, and fully realise its importance and urgency. I would add that the existing ship licences do not expire until 31st December, 1912.
