§ Mr. HUNTasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the fact that many Members, anxious to speak on the Second Reading of the Government of Ireland Bill, will not be able to do so before Eleven o'clock on Thursday night, he can see his way to suspending the Eleven o'clock Rule on that day?
§ The PRIME MINISTERAs at present advised, I do not think it will be necessary to suspend the Rule on Thursday.
