"That, in the case of the Swansea Corporation, Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, on the condition that, unless the consents required by Standing Order 22 are proved before the Committee on the Bill, so much of Tramway No. 5 as is situate outside the borough of Swansea be struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."

"That, in the case of the London County Council (Tramways and Improvements), Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, on the condition that Tramways Nos. 2, 3, 3a, 3b, and 4 are struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
