§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners, after inquiry and consideration, decided to take no action on the applications for reinstatement of Matthew Feehily, Francis Flynn, and Catherine O'Donnell. The applications from the children of Anne Travers, deceased, and from William Porteus were not received within the period limited by the Evicted Tenants Act, 1907, and have not been considered by the Commissioners. The Commissoners cannot find that they have received any application from Kate Fallon.
