§ Mr. BIRRELLI am not prepared to recommend an indefinite increase of the numbers in the several grades of national teachers. With regard to the second paragraph, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave yesterday to the question of the hon. Member for Mid-Armagh on this subject.
