Resolution reported, "That 136,000 Officers, Seamen, and Boys be employed for the Sea and Coast Guard Services for the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1913, including 17,200 Royal Marines."

Resolution reported, "That a sum, not exceeding £7,627,000, be granted to His Majesty to defray the Expenses of Wages, etc., to Officers, Seamen, and Boys, Coast Guard, and Royal Marines, which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1913."

Resolution reported, "That a sum, not exceeding £2,628,100, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the Expense of Victualling and Clothing for the Navy, including the cost of Victualling Establishments at Home and Abroad, which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1913."

Resolution reported, "That a sum, not exceeding £955,800, be granted to His Majesty to defray the Expense of Half-Pay and Retired Pay to Officers of the Navy and Marines, which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1913."

Resolution reported, "That a sum, not exceeding £1,516,200, be granted to His Majesty to defray the Expenses of Naval and Marine Pensions, Gratuities, and Compassionate Allowances, which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1913."

Resolution reported, "That a sum, not exceeding £413,000, be granted to His Majesty to defray the Expense of Civil Superannuation, Compensation Allowances and Gratuities, which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1913."

Resolution reported, "That a sum, not exceeding £100, be granted to His Majesty, to make good Excesses of Navy Expenditure beyond the Grants for the year ended on the 31st day of March, 1911."

Ordered, That the Resolution which upon the 14th day of this instant March was reported from the Committee of Supply, and which was then agreed to by the House, be now read:— 1. "That a number of Land Forces, not exceeding 186,600, all ranks, be maintained for the Service of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland at Home and Abroad, excluding His Majesty's Indian Possessions, during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1913.
