HC Deb 21 March 1912 vol 35 cc2204-5

Resolution reported, "That a sum not exceeding £31,590, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1912, for the salaries and expenses of the offices of the Insurance Commissioners in England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland, and of the Joint Committee."

Question proposed, "That this House doth agree with the Committee in the said Resolution."

Mr. FORSTER

I should have wished in ordinary circumstances to have taken the opportunity to make a few observations. The time is, however, inopportune. Therefore I shall reserve anything I have to say for another occasion, which, I think, will be offered when the Motion is made that you, Mr. Speaker, leave the Chair on the Civil Service Estimates.
