§ Mr. RUNCIMANNo information has as yet been received by the Board as to the programme and constitution of the Fishery Congress which is to be held at Copenhagen in July next. It is described as-being the Fourth Scandinavian Fishery Congress. Any communication which the Board may receive on the subject, either from the Danish Government or the promoters of the Congress, will of course be fully considered.
