§ Mr. NEWMANasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the fact that the average contribution to the Imperial Services for two years ending 31st March, 1911, was—for England and Wales, £87,237,250; for Scotland, £9,334,750; and for Ireland, £1,018,250 deficit; and average contribution for same period to Imperial revenue was £138,113,750, £17,023,500, and £10,010,000 respectively, he could, having regard to the principle of federal Home Rule, recently approved by a majority of this House, state the percentage of contribution in respect of Imperial Services that under such proposed federal system would be demanded from each of the three kingdoms?
