§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. Acland)I understand that the French Minister at Tangier is proceeding to Fez in order to 1081 negotiate a treaty with the Sultan of Morocco. I cannot say what the precise definition of that treaty will be. As regards the second part of the question I can only refer the hon. Member to the text of the Franco-German Convention which has been laid before the House.
