Sir. Daniel Goddard reported from the Committee of Selection, That they had agreed to the following Resolution, which they had directed him to report to the House: "That, after a Bill has been under consideration in Standing Committee, no change of Members shall be made on that Committee except in the case where a Member is incapacitated from attendance by serious illness."
