§ Mr. MASTERMANNo general issue of final notices takes place on a specific 951 date either in England or in Scotland. Such notices would have been largely issued in both countries by 26th February. Owing to the greater amount of work entailed, it is improbable that in London seven-day demand notes were sent out by that date.
