§ Mr. RUNCIMANI am anxious to afford the House the fullest possible information on this subject, and I think that this object can most conveniently be 789 obtained by the issue of a Memorandum setting out in detail the Grants from the Development Fund which have been made by the Treasury to or through the Board up to the close of the present financial year—that is, to the 31st inst—and showing the provision made under each head in the Board's Estimates for 1912–13. I hope that this arrangement will be satisfactory to the hon. Member.
