§ Colonel SEELYThe Cavalry Depot at Dunbar is not open; as soon as it is courses will be held there for Yeomanry officers of the Scottish Command. In the meantime the Cavalry Depot at Dublin will be made use of for the instruction of these officers, but there is no objection to a certain number being instructed at Scarborough, provided the General Officers Commanding-in-Chief concerned can make the necessary arrangements.
