§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Congested Districts Board inform me that the estates of George Marsham and W. H. West in the Union of Carrick-on-Shannon, county Leitrim, have been inspected and the question of making offers for purchase will probably be considered by the Board at their meeting next week. In May, 1911, the Board gave their consent to a direct sale from the landlord to the tenants of the estate of J. J. Benison, county Leitrim.
