Copy presented of Report by the Chairman of Committees of the House of Lords and the Chairman of Ways and Means in the House of Commons, under The Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1899, that they are of opinion (1) that the County of Lanark Tramways Order, the Glasgow Boundaries Order, the Glasgow Water (Charges) Order, the Loch Ericht Water and Electric Power Order, the Lothian Railways Order, and Part III. (Water) of the Glasgow Corporation Order, ought to be dealt with by Private Bill and not by Provisional Order; (2) that, having regard to Section 16 (2) of The Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1899, the provisions of Clause 20 of the Clyde Valley Electric Power Order ought not to be dealt with by Provisional Order under that Act [by Act]; to lie upon the Table.
