§ Mr. MASTERMANIf the hon. Member refers to the first division of the first class, the number of teachers in Ireland still awaiting their turn to be taken on the pension establishment for 1 (1) pension is 452. The number who obtained promotion prior to the year 1895 is 245. The number of vacancies in the 1 (1) establishment in the five years ended 31st December, 1911, was eighty-three.
