§ Copy presented of Table of Rates of Sickness Benefit and of Reserve Values applicable, save as provided in the National Insurance Act, to Men becoming Employed Contributors at the age of seventeen and upwards subsequently to the expiration of one year from the commencement of the Act [by Command]; to lie upon the Table.
