HC Deb 18 June 1912 vol 39 c1473
26. Mr. GEORGE ROBERTS

asked whether proposals have been made by or on behalf of the Manx Government whereby inhabitants of the Isle of Man, periodically working on the mainland, may maintain continuous membership of and eligibility to benefits under the National Insurance Act; whether such proposals contain an offer to bear a charge equivalent to the two-ninths of expenditure on benefits assured to persons resident in the United Kingdom; and whether any arrangement has been entered into arising therefrom?

Mr. MASTERMAN

The answer to the first two parts of the question is in the negative; the third does not therefore arise.
