33. Mr. FRED HALL (Dulwich)

asked the President of the Board of Trade if T. Leggatt, an official of the London Carmen's Union, who was fined at the Thames Police Court on 12th June for conduct arising out of the dock strike and who in a speech on the same date made certain references to their Majesties the King and Queen, has been present at or consulted in any way in connection with the conferences between His Majesty's Government and representatives of the Transport Workers' Federation?

So far as I am aware, Mr. Leggatt has not been present at the conferences or consulted in connection with them.
