asked whether His Majesty's Government contemplate an amnesty for fugitive offenders in connection with Irish political crimes, in view of the prohibition contained in Clause 2, Subsection (4), of the Government of Ireland Bill, in relation to the return of fugitive offenders from or to any part of His Majesty's Dominions?
