§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. Acland)The Protocol renewing the Brussels Sugar Convention for a further period of five years from 1st September, 1913, was signed on 17th March last by the representatives of the following States: Germany, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, France, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Peru, Russia, Sweden, and Switzerland. For full information I would refer the hon. Member to the dispatches from His Majesty's Minister at Brussels on the subject, which have already been published in Commercial No. 3 (1912) Cd. 6146.
